Cottleville City Hall and Police Station

Under the leadership of Mayor Don Yarber, Cottleville is not only building a green city hall but is also embarking on a city-wide bike-walk plan, a main street renovation, promotion of Safe Routes to Schools & a system of interconnected open space, parks, trail systems and bike trails that is transforming Cottleville into a bikeable/ walkable community. Given the strategic location along Great River Greenway’s Dardenne Greenway, the site has been designed to accommodate 100% stormwater infiltration in a series of interconnected bioswales that in turn help surcharge a wetland area in the adjacent public park.
